Xinruimei Precision Technology specializes in custom CNC machining for metal and engineering plastic components. From 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling, we manufacture precision parts to meet your drawing specifications, material requirements, and application needs.
We support projects from prototypes and low-volume production to repeat manufacturing, with a focus on dimensional accuracy, consistent quality, and reliable delivery.
Our 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling capabilities support complex components with multi-face features, deep pockets, angled surfaces and contoured geometries. By reducing the number of setups required, multi-axis machining helps improve dimensional consistency, machining efficiency and overall part quality from prototypes to repeat production.
Custom CNC-milled aluminum components manufactured to drawing specifications, with precise control of dimensions, holes, pockets, edges and surface finish. Suitable for prototypes, low-volume production and repeat manufacturing across a wide range of industrial applications.
Custom stainless steel components CNC machined to customer drawings for applications requiring strength, corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. We support precision features such as bores, threads, slots, pockets and mating surfaces for prototypes, low-volume production and repeat manufacturing.
Brass features excellent machinability, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. We fabricate precision brass parts to your drawings, with reliable control over fine threads, sealing surfaces and tiny grooves. Ideal for connectors, fluid fittings and instrument components, we support prototypes and stable repeat production
Custom engineering plastic components CNC machined to customer drawings using materials such as POM, nylon, PEEK and PTFE. We support precision features, tight fits and complex geometries for applications requiring low weight, wear resistance, electrical insulation or chemical resistance.

With excellent machinability and good electrical and thermal conductivity, brass is well suited for precision fittings, connectors and valve components.
Engineering Plastic Machining
We machine engineering plastic parts for lightweight, corrosion-resistant and low-friction applications.
Common questions about quoting, drawing review, sampling, heat treatment, surface finishing, inspection and packaging.
Yes. We review the drawing's tolerances, surface requirements and thin-wall features first to confirm we can hit your specs, then quote an accurate price. If any design tweak would help, we note it in the same quote.
Yes. If dimensions contradict each other, tolerances are too tight for the process, or a feature would cause tool breakage, we email you right away to confirm the approach — and wait for your reply before starting. That keeps every batch consistent.
Yes — we recommend sampling for any new part. We make 1–5 first articles with an inspection report, ship them to you for approval, then release production once you sign off. Sample cost is credited against your production order.
Yes. We handle quench & temper, carburizing, nitriding and aluminum solution aging. The process: rough machine → heat treat → finish grind to final size. Mill certificates are included with every batch.
Anodizing (clear, black, hard coat), powder coating, sandblasting, electropolishing, stainless passivation, nickel/chrome plating and silk-screen marking. We manage all of these through approved vendors — you don't have to chase multiple suppliers.
Yes. We do in-process checks at every setup, and final inspection with our optical comparator, height gauge and CCD microscope. Dimensional reports and material certs ship with every order. CMM reports available on request.
Each part is individually wrapped in anti-rust paper or EPE foam, then packed in a carton with dividers. Anodized and polished surfaces get a protective film first. Urgent orders ship by DHL/FedEx, bulk orders by sea freight. Custom labels and retail packaging available on request.
