Five steps from drawing to delivery.

A structured, transparent workflow — with documented checkpoints at every stage, so you always know where your project stands.

01

Step One

Inquiry & Drawing Submission

Share your drawings together with the required quantity, material, tolerances, surface finish and target delivery date. We review your requirements before preparing a quotation. Your files are handled confidentially, with an NDA available on request.

02

Step Two

DFM Review & Quotation

Our engineers assess manufacturability, clarify critical requirements and recommend suitable production methods. You receive a quotation with a defined scope, pricing and estimated lead time.

03

Step Three

Production & In-Process Inspection

Production follows the approved drawings and process plan. First-piece inspection verifies the setup before batch machining, while checks throughout production help maintain dimensional consistency.

04

Step Four

Final Inspection & Documentation

Finished parts are checked against the approved drawings and agreed inspection plan. Critical dimensions receive 100% inspection where specified; other features follow the agreed sampling requirements. Required documents are reviewed before shipment.

05

Step Five

Packaging & Delivery

Packaging is selected to protect your parts during handling and transport. From individual components to complete fixture assemblies, we coordinate packing and shipping around your order requirements.
